Lakeland Hills YMCA Masters Swimming   proudly operates at Lakeland Hills YMCA in Mountain Lakes, NJ.  All participants are members of United States Masters Swimming.  We welcome anyone who is at least nineteen years old and has an interest in fitness or competitive swimming.   For those that are interested in competing, there are several opportunities throughout the year to compete, including national swim meets.Our roster includes swimmers of all skill levels from beginners to seasoned veterans.  We range in age from twenty-something to eighty-something.  Workouts are suited to all interests and abilities.  In addition we schedule several social activities throughout the year.
